Since it was first established in 1970, Bingham Sub Aqua Club has always been fast-paced and forward-thinking, focusing on key areas important to our members. Most recently, the clubs goals have been focused on Getting back to diving, Inclusivity in diving, and Supporting our younger members. To help the club run smoothly and to drive the club towards its goals, we have a dedicated committee of officers.
Appointed at our annual AGM held at the beginning of November, we have twelve elected offices who serve the club in their roles for a year. We also have the roles of Diving Officer and Lead Instructor who are selected by the committee to oversee the club’s activity. The committee meet monthly to share updates, discuss potential club developments and organise a varied calendar of club events. All members have access to the committee meeting minutes to review.
